There have been so many air fried s’mores videos going viral this year that I just had to share my quick and easy recipe for these popular treats! There is no need a campfire or fire pit to make these S’mores, all you need is your trusty air fryer! This air fryer s’mores recipe really could not be any easier to make with minimum ingredients needed. You only need five minutes spare and just three simple ingredients to make this delicious treat when you are craving something warm and sweet. I love a cooking hack, especially when it means using my favourite appliance, the air fryer. And making them is not as messy as you might think! You can make these gooey chocolate goodness in just five minutes. Such a simple dessert will still impress your family and friends though.
Making S’mores in the air fryer is such a quick and easy dessert that the whole Family will enjoy. And you can still get the kids involved in making them in the air fryer. Not quite as much fun as cooking them over a fire but much safer and more convenient! Learn how to cook these perfect gooey S’mores in the air fryer using this fool proof recipe. Another great thing about this recipe is that you can customise your s’mores with many different types of chocolate and biscuits. S’mores originate from US where they use Graham cracker squares but these are not so easy to find here in the UK. So I prefer to use round oat biscuits like Digestives or Hob Nobs.

SERVES 4 people
KIT you will need an air fryer, a rolling pin, a paper liner and a silicone mould
Ingredients for air fryer S’mores
A 140g bag of standard sized marsh mallows
8 oat biscuits
2 x 30g bars of rippled chocolate, crushed
Method
So first of all, start by placing your paper liner inside the silicone mould. Evenly lay out your marsh mallows inside the liner then put into your air fryer basket. Cook them on 170c for about 3 to 4 minutes or until the marsh mallows start to brown on the top.
Whilst the marsh mellows are cooking, break up your chocolate ripple bars whilst they are sill in the packaging using a rolling pin. Open the air fryer drawer and sprinkle the crushed chocolate over the melted marsh mallows. Cook for a further 30 to 60 seconds or until the chocolate has melted.
Carefully remove the silicone mould from the air fryer basket and scoop out the mixture using your oat biscuits whilst the marsh mallows are still warm and melted!
