KIT you will need an air fryer, a mixing bowl and a circular non-stick oven proof dish or an air fryer liner.
Ingredients for air fryer frittata
4 eggs, beaten
6 rashers of pre-cooked bacon
2 slices of ham, chopped
½ a bell pepper, chopped
75g of cheddar cheese, grated
Sea salt and ground back pepper
A hand full of fresh parsley to serve
Method
So first crack four eggs in to a mixing bowl beat them with a fork. Then stir in the grated cheddar cheese, chopped cooked bacon, chopped bell pepper and chopped ham. Next season the egg mixture well with sea salt and black pepper and then pour the mixture into a circular non-stick oven proof dish or air fryer liner.
Then place the dish or liner into your air fryer drawer and set you temperature to 180c. Set the timer for 10 to 12 minutes and cook until the eggs are set and golden brown on top.
And finally, serve your air fryer frittata with a hand full of chopped fresh parsley and a dollop of mayonnaise. or with a side salad for lunch.
