1 sheet of pre-rolled puff pastry
125g of goats cheese, crumbled
1/2 a beetroot, grated
1 egg, beaten
Vegetable oil spray
To serve:

To shape it neatly, I used a side plate as a template and cut around it with a sharp knife to form a perfect circle – simple and effective.
