Following the success of her Sunday Times #1 best seller, The Ultimate Air Fryer Cookbook, she turned to another low-energy tool in the kitchen: the slow cooker, which allows you to make delicious, budget-friendly meals by simply adding the ingredients to the machine and letting it work its magic. Clare Andrews won the New to Self-Employment Award at the 2023 IPSE Freelancer Awards, and regularly contributes to BBC Radio, national newspapers, magazines and websites.
