KIT you will need an air fryer.
Ingredients for air fryer pear tarts

1 sheet of pre-rolled store bought puff pastry
100g of feta cheese, crumbled
Vegetable oil spray
To serve:
Sun dried tomatoes
Watercress and rocket salad
Balsamic vinegar
Method
So I started by rolling the puff pasty out into small rectangles. Don’t make them too big as I wanted to be able to fit them both in my air fryer.
Then I topped the pastry with thinly sliced pears and crumbled the feta cheese over the top.
I sprayed the top with fry light and popped them in the air fryer on 180c for about 10 minutes. Check them around half way through as not all air fryers cook at the same speed.
I served my air fryer pear and feta puff pastry tarts on a bed of watercress and rocket salad.
I then dressed the dish with sun dried tomatoes and pear crisps, with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar on top.
Not sure how to make pear crisps? Don’t worry I also have a recipe for that. Just follow my air fried apple crisps recipe. Swapping out the apple for pear and keeping an eye on them as they cook.
