These air fried skinny fries were a perfect little side dish for our fajitas last night. They tasted incredible. Instead of deep-frying in oil, these only need a few sprays of fry light oil and cooked in the air fryer in just 20 minutes.

Potatoes are the star of this recipe, and they bring more to the table than just their versatility and taste. Essential kit
You will need an air fryer and mixing bowl.
Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, peeled
Vegetable oil spray
Fresh rosemary
Method
I sliced my potatoes quite thin keeping the skins on and soaked for about an hour in cold water to remove the starch. Then I peeled the red onion and garlic and roughly sliced the onion. I drained the potatoes the patted dry with kitchen roll. Next I popped the potatoes in to the air fryer and spayed with a little vegetable oil. I cooked them on 200c for 10 minutes. I then gave the fries a good a shake and added the red onions and garlic. Then I air fried for a further 10 minutes.
I served my air fried skinny fries with a few sprigs of rosemary as a tasty side dish.
