Ingredients
2 sea bass fillets
1 packet of noodles
Spring onions
Red chillies
For the dressing:
Squeeze of a lime
1 garlic clove grated
1 tablespoons of ginger paste
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon of runny honey
A good pinch of pepper
Method
I started by making my dressing. Squeeze of a lime, 1 garlic clove grated. 1 tablespoons of ginger paste, 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of runny honey and a good pinch of pepper. I placed my sea bass fillets in a silicon liner on 180c for 8 minutes. My fish was quite thick so do adjust times accordingly. Half way though I added my asparagus on the top of the fish. While the fish is cooking I prepped my noodles as per pack instructions, this dish would also be delicious with rice. When the fish I cooked throughout I served on a bed of noodles and poured over my dressing.
I added sliced spring onions and thinly sliced red chillies to my air fried sea bass for a bit of spice to serve.
The addition of asparagus cooked alongside the sea bass ensures that your meal is well-rounded and nutritious. The noodles, when mixed with the dressing, become a flavourful base that ties the whole dish together.
