I cooked a mushroom in a creamy sauce the night before. You will need: an air fryer and silicone moulds

Mushroom pasta sauce
Cooked spaghetti pasta
Parmesan cheese, grated
Vegetable oil spray
Method
First I sprayed my trusted silicon cups with fry light oil then popped a tablespoon of the mixture into each mould and cooked them in my air fryer on 180c for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I gave them a little stir and popped them back in for a further 5 minutes. I served mine with a sprinkle of Parmesan and some salad leaves and away you go! What I love about this recipe is you can use this with any left over pasta. These air fried spaghetti balls make a great appetiser, canape or snack.
